Our email server support team is currently working to resolve an error caused by an update in definitions pushed by ClamAV this weekend. This has caused an issue with the ClamAV daemon that is causing some email service issues for clients running a specific version of the software. We are completing a rollback to the previous version and scanning all client servers and applying a patch to resolve the issue. Once completed (estimated eta 1pm PST), mail will begin flowing through to recipients. Please note that mail has not been lost, but has been queued for sending once the issue is resolved.
In addition, some clients may experience a greater influx of spam after the update. In the event this occurs, please contact us about enabling SpamExperts as an alternative and more enhanced option for spam filtering.
